Super Early Bird Draw a great success with 178 Entries received at 31st December 2016

We are delighted with the success of the newly introduced ‘Super Early Bird Entry’ having received 178 fully paid entries at 31st December, 2016.  This superb number of entries received with still some 6 months to the first gun of Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regattta 2017 reflects the enthusiasm and support for this great Regatta.

An independently & professionally audited draw took place in the National Yacht Club on Monday 9th of January and 18 winners were draw across a number of classes and yacht clubs in IRL and UK (list of winners below).  These winners will have their entry fee fully refunded.

Entries were received from 31 of the 33 listed classes for the Regatta with great support from all the class captains for encouraging early entry within their fleets.
