Mao was the first restaurant in the Pavilion development here in Dun Laoghaire over a decade ago and has built up a loyal clientel over that time. The first Asian Fusion restaurant to these shores, when our flagship unit opened in Dublin City Centre in November 1997 and have opened up in Scotland as well as the successful Dundrum Town Centre.
