The Royal Marine is proud and delighted to be associated with Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta. Dun Laoghaire has become the home of sailing in Ireland thanks to the combined and proactive efforts of the waterfront yacht clubs and we are pleased to support this great event once again. The relationship between the sailing community and the hotel continues to grow stronger each year and we look forward to welcoming many domestic and international visitors to Dun Laoghaire for this exciting bi-annual event in 2021.
A limited block of rooms have been reserved for regatta competitors for the Weekends of (2-4 July 2021 One Designs) and (8-11 July 2021 – Cruisers) and very early booking is advisable. Rates below have been reduced.

Bed & Breakfast/Guest Houses Options
There are a number of Bed and Breakfasts in the town, only minutes from the Yacht Clubs.
Dun Laoghaire is effectively a City Venue, and the facilities are not the same as a rural sailing event. The Harbour area is a public car parking area with pay and display parking. Motorhomes are permitted to park in the West End of the Harbour area only which is a mere 5-10 minutes walk from all yacht clubs. Parking is €4 per day and there is access to water and public toilet facilities. Please note there is no power or refuse facilities in this area. We hope that those who may travel to the Regatta with Motorhomes will have a comfortable time, and benefit from our beautiful Bay location and amenities.
